Ingredienten: 110 gms ground almonds
50 gms castor sugar
50 gms icing sugar (sifted)
2 drops almond essence

1 block good milk chocolate for melting
Voorbereiding:
Bereidingswijze: Place almonds, castor sugar and icing sugar into a bowl and mix together.
2. Add in almond essence and beaten egg to form a soft dough with your fingers.
3. Knead the dough on a work surface, dusting it with the extra icing sugar.
4. Cover with glad wrap to prevent drying.
